25 Year Anniversary Give Away T&C

1) By participating in this Lucky Draw, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions taken by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd in relation to this Lucky Draw.

2) The Lucky Draw will be open from 9:00 am on September 04, 2022 to 7:00 pm on December 31, 2022 (“Lucky Draw Period”).

3) During the Lucky Draw Period, if the customer has bought items equivalent to or exceeding MVR 500.00 (Five Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa), the customers will be entitled to receive 01 (one) lucky draw coupon with the invoice billed by Palm Tree Marine Showroom.

4) Customers will be required to complete all the information requested in the lucky draw coupon before depositing it in the designated coupon box placed at Palm Tree Marine Showroom during the Lucky Draw Period.

5) All details and particulars provided in the lucky draw coupons must be true, accurate and written neatly.

6) Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd has the absolute discretion to disqualify any lucky draw coupons which do not contain all the requested information, is illegible, contain inaccurate information, or do not meet the criteria set in these terms & conditions. Such a decision is final and conclusive.

7) Coupon box will be closed after the Lucky Draw Period and all unused coupons in the possession of customers and all unissued coupons in the possession of Palm Tree Marine Showroom or any other related parties will be considered null and void.

8) All employees of Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate.

9) The coupon draw to select the prize winners will be televised live. Details pertaining to the live event will be announced by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd at a later date.

10) Each winner is entitled to win only 01 (one) prize. Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd has the discretion to disregard any subsequent coupons of a person who has already won a prize and re-draw a coupon to select another winner.

11) Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd will contact the prize winners via phone call within 07 (seven) days of the winner selection (“Notification”). If the prize winner does not answer the phone call, a repeat phone call be given for 03 (three) consecutive days.

12) The prize winners are required to collect their prizes within 15 (fifteen) days, excluding Friday, from the Notification.

13) Prizes are to be collected from Palm Tree Marine Showroom, located at Ground Floor, M. Beenafushi, Muranga Magu, 20330 Male’, Maldives within its operating hours. A Delivery Order will be provided to the prize winner which needs to be signed before prize can be issued.

14) The prize winner should bring their ID card when coming to collect the prize and ID card details should match with the details on the winning coupon.

15) If the prize winner is unreachable via phone call or if the prize winner fails to collect the prize within the stipulated period after Notification, then the prize winner will no longer be able to claim their prize.

16) In a case where the prize winner is is unable to come to collect the prize due to a medical reason, because they are travelling or any other such special circumstance, they should inform Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd before the stipulated period for prize collection ends.

17) If a person other than the prize winner comes to collect the prize on behalf of the prize winner, they should bring their own ID card along with the ID card of the prize winner and a letter stating that the prize winner has no objections in Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd issuing the prize to that person.

18) For the prizes which are under warranty, the details pertaining to the warranty and the warranty period would be informed to the prize winner.

19) The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items from Palm Tree Marine Showroom.

20) Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the prize winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd for editorial, advertising, Lucky Draw Give Away, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by the law.

21) Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.

22) By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, affiliates, suppliers, directors, officers, employees or any other related parties from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
