SCAN & WIN PROMOTION AT MALDIVES FNB EXPO 2025 T&C

1) By participating in this Scan & Win Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the decisions made by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd regarding this promotion.

2) The promotion will run from 4:00 PM on January 23, 2025, to 6:00 PM on January 26, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). During this period, a customer who scans and participates will receive one (1) entry into the Scan & Win Promotion.

3) Customers must complete all the required information in the online form before submitting. All details provided in the entries must be true and accurate. Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not contain all requested information, are illegible, contain inaccuracies, or do not meet the criteria set in these terms and conditions. Such decisions are final and conclusive.

4) Online form submissions will close after the Promotion Period, and any entries submitted past this period will be considered null and void.

5) Employees of Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the promotion are not eligible to participate.

6) The Grand Prize for the Scan & Win Promotion is one (1) unit of the Aquaphor RO-101S Reverse Osmosis System. The prize winner will be announced by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd on the last day of FNB Expo 2025 or later via its social media platforms. Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd may disregard any subsequent entries from a person who has already won a prize and re-draw an entry to select another winner.

7) Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd will contact the customer at the end of the promotion period to collect the grand prize. If the customer is not reachable, Palm Tree Marine will conduct another draw to select a different customer.

8) Prize winners must collect their prizes within fifteen (15) days, excluding Fridays, from the Notification. Prizes are to be collected from Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, located at Ground Floor, M. Beenaafushi, Muranga Magu, 20330 Male’, Maldives, during operating hours. A Delivery Order will be provided to the prize winner, which must be signed before the prize can be issued.

9) Prize winners must bring their ID Card/Passport when collecting the prize, and the details must match the winning entry. If the prize winner is unreachable by phone or fails to collect the prize within the stipulated period, they will no longer be able to claim the prize.

10) If the prize winner cannot collect the prize due to medical reasons, travel, or other special circumstances, they should inform Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd before the prize collection period ends.

11) If someone else collects the prize on behalf of the winner, they should bring their own ID Card/Passport, the ID Card/Passport of the prize winner, and a letter stating that the prize winner has no objections to Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd issuing the prize to that person.

12) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items from Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd.

13) Acceptance of any prize constitutes consent for the prize winner’s name, photo, image, voice, and/or likeness to be used by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd for editorial, advertising, promotion, marketing, and/or other purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

14) Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control or any malfunction or defect in any of the prizes. By entering the Scan to Win Promotion or accepting the prizes, participants agree that no claim related to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect, and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, suppliers, directors, officers, employees, or any other related parties from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions resulting from the promotion and acceptance of any prize, including personal injuries, death, and property damage.
