Terms and Conditions

The following terms & conditions pertains to the “Visit and Win Promotion” held by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd at Maldives Marine Expo 2023 from 16 March 2023 to 18 March 2023.

  1. This Terms & Conditions address the promotion held by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd as “Visit and Win Promotion” at Maldives Marine Expo 2023 from 16 March 2023 to 18 March 2023.

  2. Employees of Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Visit and Win Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Visit and Win Promotion.

  3. The Visit and Win Promotion is open from 16 March 2023 to 18 March 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Visit and Win Promotion Period”). Draw will be held on stage at Maldives Marine Expo on 18th March 2023.

  4. Participants who visit Palm Tree Marine’ Stall will be required to register their Name, ID or Passport Number and Contact Number at Palm Tree Marine Website after scanning the QR Code at Palm Tree Marine Stall in Maldives Marine Expo 2023 or by registering via the tablet at Palm Tree Marine Stall in Maldives Marine Expo 2023.
    The promotion is applicable only to the people who visit the Palm Tree Marine Stall in Maldives Marine Expo 2023 only.
    Registrations after the Visit and Win Promotion Period shall be considered invalid and void.

  5. Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd will contact the Winner via phone within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Promotion (“Notification”).

  6. Prizes will be given in form of Delivery Order and to be collected at Palm Tree Marine Showroom, M.Beenafushi, Muranga Magu, 20330 Male’, Maldives within its operating hours. The Winner will be required to redeem their prizes within 15 days from the Notification, failing which, the winner will not be entitled to the prize.

  7. 1 (ONE) year warranty will be provided for the prize.

  8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.

  9. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd for editorial, advertising, Visit and Win Promotion, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except were prohibited by law.

  10. Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd reasonable control or any malfunctioning of or defect in or failure of any of the prize or any loss of the use of any prize.

  11. By entering the Visit and Win Promotion or accepting the prizes, You agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

  12. By entering the Visit and Win Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to Palm Tree Marine Pvt Ltd Visit and Win Terms & Conditions as above.
